CPTC-CXCL9-1 Simple Western (tissue lysates)

Result: Negative

Automated WB (Simple Western) using CPTC-CXCL9-1 as primary antibody against the whole lysate of breast, ovary, spleen, endometrium and lung tissues. Expected MW is 14 KDa. The antibody does not recognize the target in the tested tissue lysates.

CPTC-CXCL9 Peptide 1

Aliases:

C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 9; SCYB9; Monokine Induced By Gamma Interferon; Monokine Induced By Interferon-Gamma; Gamma-Interferon-Induced Monokine; Chemokine (C-X-C Motif) Ligand 9; Small-Inducible Cytokine B9; C-X-C Motif Chemokine 9; Crg-10; Humig; CMK; MIG; CXCL9; HuMIG

Function:

This antimicrobial gene encodes a protein thought to be involved in T cell trafficking. The encoded protein binds to C-X-C motif chemokine 3 and is a chemoattractant for lymphocytes but not for neutrophils. CXCL9 (C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 9) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CXCL9 include Proliferative Glomerulonephritis and Paracoccidioidomycosis. Among its related pathways are Signaling by GPCR and PEDF Induced Signaling. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include cytokine activity and CXCR3 chemokine receptor binding. An important paralog of this gene is CXCL10.Cytokine that affects the growth, movement, or activation state of cells that participate in immune and inflammatory response. Chemotactic for activated T-cells. Binds to CXCR3.
